We founded Allics two years ago to help manufacturing companies improve their demand and supply planning processes. Because we believe that good plans not only enable the right balance between service level, inventory and cost, but also allow a good execution, avodiding chaos on the floor.
Over the past 2 years, we have had the privilege of working on challenging assignments with different clients in different sectors. As a consequence we quickly grew in number of employees and in the services we offer. For instance, we do planning assessments, guide improvement processes and also support the selection of new APS (advanced planning systems). But meanwhile, we also offer interim planning and planning-as-a-service to serve our clients even better.
