Should Energy Set the Pace?  |  Mechelen  |  20 November 2025

In many companies, supply chain and energy procurement still operate in silos.

Yet when planning needs to balance service, cost, and inventory, energy can play a decisive role in the cost equation.

With today’s volatile prices, a key question emerges: what drives a company to decide if — and how — energy costs and revenues should influence the supply chain?
