She has a thorough understanding of planning systems and processes and has hands-on experience in lean implementations. She holds a black belt certificate and a CPIM certificate. She has lived the synergy between planning and operations, with a stable and feasible plan as a basis. She strongly believes that a good planning team can be developed through clear processes and leadership.

Ilse Schelfhout holds a degree in applied economics from the University of Leuven with a specialization in production and inventory management. She holds a six sigma black belt certificate and the CPIM certificate. She has thorough expertise in supply planning.

Jo Mostes holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Leuven and is a senior project manager. She is an accredited mediator, able to bring teams together and ensure they work towards a shared goal. She combines pragmatism with advanced skills in team dynamics and complex project management.

Marion Pellegrims holds a degree in applied economics from the university of Leuven and has strong analytical skills. She built both demand and supply planning experience in the medical device sector and in the food industry.

Tim Janssens holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Leuven and is an expert in data analytics. He started his career at SWIFT, moving on to an IT consultancy job in business intelligence at Alten, and specialized in data security at the Province of Antwerp. He has experience in database design, data modeling, descriptive data analytics (BI) and data security for several types of data and using various tools.
